White Sox Training Academy

When I went too this Withe Sox batting academy. I got to practice my hitting
skills. I got to hit off the tee. It was so fun!!!!! I learnd how to hit
really well. he taut me how to keep the bat up over my Nike sign and to

We bought Owen one session at the White Sox Training Academy to work on his
hitting. He loved being in the batting cage and learned a couple of things
to get more power in his swing. - N
