Kid Posts

OK, I let them go 6 months without commenting, but looking back at the old posts, I miss their commentary. We may have to re-visit this decision. We’ll see who will win. I wonder what I can bribe them with. Hum…

Owen

OK, before anyone calls me on it, I realize that there are a lot more of Rion than of Owen. It’s just a difference in personality and age, not favoritism. J Owen has no interest in having his picture taken. I think the only value he sees in them is to make his brother jealous. Rion on the other hand loves having his picture taken and wants one of everything he does.

Our first Fire game of the season. As a family, it's probably our favorite

Celebrating Rion's Belated Birthday

Since Rion has done such a great job improving his behavior at school, we
decided to celebrate his belated birthday with a few friends at Muvico.
Rion, Austin, Alex, and Owen loved Madagascar 3.

Top Golf

Top Golf is an outdoor driving range set up with targets, similar to dart
boards, and they serve food. It instantly became one of OO's favorite
places.

Parent-Child Golf Lessons

Now that soccer is over, Rion is back in parent-child golf lessons at Sugar
Creek. Owen and Mommy even joined this year.

summer.

It only took a few years to find the perfect day for Rion to visit the

Kindercare Kindergarten Graduation

At times during the year, we worried that Rion wouldn't make it through
either Kindergarten program. But, he turned his year around and graduated
from both! Kindercare held a graduation ceremony that was exciting for him,
but a little sad for us. He said good-bye after 6 years and we said good-bye
after 8. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience and met many great
people. And, both boys are far more advanced than I ever would have
expected. That being said, we won't miss the weekly payments. :)
